In December our students will get to participate in a stage performance opportunity! Performing is an important aspect of music education. It motivates students and builds their confidence by letting them shine. We are thrilled to be able to bring them this opportunity. And while our Spring Recital is a bit more “formal”, this Winter Recital is quite a bit more FUN! Think holiday pajamas, silly headbands, lighted necklaces, ugly sweaters… you name it!

The recital will be held at Velocity Church, 3300 Church Road. It is only a few miles from the studio.

Here are all the details you need:

• • Recitals are December 8th and 9th.  Pick the time that works for your family! HOWEVER, Intermediate Ukulele must sign up for Tuesday, 5:00 in order to play together as a group.
  • Performing in this recital will be Private Lesson students, the Intermediate Ukulele Group, Keynotes Play Group Piano students, Advanced Piano Players Group Students, and select others by invitation only.
  • There will be no lessons or classes the week of recitals; the recital is in place of classes/lessons
  • Sign-ups must be complete by Dec 1st
  • Not all teachers will be present at each recital; teacher attendance is listed on the sign-up
  • You only need to sign up your student, not your guests.
  • Each recital will be roughly 1 hour.
