Job Application Information
Melody Magic Music Studio is looking for a positive, engaging guitar teacher to join our growing team! While teaching beginner piano is not required, it is a big plus and gives you the chance to expand your teaching opportunities. Experience working with small groups of students is also highly valued.
At Melody Magic, we believe music education is about more than just lessons—it’s about building a supportive community for our students and families. Our teachers work together, collaborate on ideas, and support one another so our students have the best possible experience.
We are not a “show up, teach, and leave” studio. We’re a team-oriented environment where communication, creativity, and positivity are essential.
What makes our studio different:
-
A collaborative teaching team that shares ideas and supports each other
-
A focus on positive relationships with students and families
-
Teachers who are invested in the growth and success of the studio as a whole
-
Opportunities to teach both private lessons and group classes
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Teaches guitar (acoustic and/or electric; bass a plus)
-
Can teach beginner piano (optional but highly valued)
-
Enjoys teaching kids and teens
-
Is comfortable teaching small groups of students
-
Communicates well with parents and staff
-
Brings enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive attitude
If you love teaching, value teamwork, and want to be part of a studio that truly cares about its students and teachers, we’d love to hear from you! We pride ourselves on being different than other studios, both in studio environment, respect of teachers’ time and pay, and support.
How to Apply:
1. Fully read the job description above.
2. Send an email to katherine@melodymagicmusic.com stating your interest in the job, why you think it is a good fit for you, ask any questions you may have, and attach a copy of your resume.
