Withdrawal Request

The Withdrawal Request Form must be filled out to withdraw from our programs. Do not use this form to request a different day/time/level. Instead, use the Request Change form.

A few reminders before you submit your withdrawal request: 

• • To withdraw from classes or lessons, you must provide 30 days notice by filling out the withdrawal form below. Tuition will continue to be charged during the 30-day notice period. No exceptions or refunds will be granted for missed deadlines.
  • As outlined in the Terms and Conditions agreed to at enrollment, minimum commitment periods apply to ensure a consistent and effective learning environment for all students. Withdrawals will only be processed after the minimum commitment has been fulfilled. If you’re unsure about your commitment period, please reach out to us for clarification.

  • Please note that active enrollment is required to use any make-up credits and participate in events.

  • Make-up credits are non–transferable to other family members and cannot be used during a period of withdrawal
